2. Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    If your product is received damaged, leaking, or defective, we will replace it free of cost.

  • Reporting Period:
    Please report any issues within 3 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we verify the issue, the replacement will be shipped promptly.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, and refund eligibility will follow the damaged/defective product guidelines above.
