• Dispatch: Orders will be dispatched within two (2) business days of order confirmation.
• Delivery Timeline: Products are delivered within seven (7) business days from the date of order, subject to logistics and delivery conditions.
2. Replacement Policy
We will provide a replacement in the following cases:
1. Damaged Products: If your product is delivered damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
